Alec was great we spoke briefly over text and came up with a game plan for my issues that another company installed and could not find the issue once I had proper power restored I was still having issues with low voltage problems Alec came out diagnosed the problem and got my heat back on promptly (20-30) . Will definitely be using him in the future for service. He also found a circut board thats going bad found the warranty information and will be back out to install and it wasn’t even his unit definitely went the extra mile which I dont feel a lot of companies do anymore and he was very personable no pushy sales tactic

(2/20/26) Recommend. Efer and Alec did a good job custom-installing our new Mitsubishi heat pump and ac units. They were professional, on time, and hard working. The efficiency of the new HVAC is a noticeable upgrade from the last, a system that came with our (new at purchase–now, 22 y.o.) home. Though the system lasted us a long time, it was never the right BTU for the size of the house. The old HVAC thermometer was around 6 or 7 degrees off. Plus, there were always cold (during winter months) and hot (during summer months) spots at the farthest corners of the house.
Now, the uniformity of the temperature throughout the house makes it seem like a new and improved home. Hopefully, this will last a very long time. We are only 7 weeks out from the fresh install. Efer (owner) was very knowledgeable. He was communicative with my questions via text beforehand, and Alec was very informative and gave me the quote at the beginning of this project. The warranty and maintenance information at the final walk-through was very helpful.

As a general contractor, we have worked with many HVAC companies and I must say that these guys are the best! Recently we had a situation where a customer was very distraught because 2 other local companies were telling them they needed to replace their heat pump unit. Suspecting that they were trying to be ‘upsold’, as it wasn’t very old we contacted Air Pro. They came out very quickly, cleaned, purged, recharged and tested the unit. To much relief it saved the customer thousands of dollars. You can trust them to give an honest assessment of your needs and provide you with quality service and equipment.

I cannot recommend air pro solution enough. My parents’ furnace suddenly stopped working, and I was worried about the logistics of getting it replaced quickly. From the very first call, the team was incredibly professional and flexible.
